School Add-ons
Optional modules enabled per school, separate from subscription plans.
Add-ons are toggles on your school (enabledModules). They are not tied to Small/Medium/Large plan tiers.

Enable add-ons from school settings / platform administration, then assign matching RBAC permissions so staff can see the new nav items.
