What it is
A marketplace-style list of substitute coverage requests generated from approved leave and timetable gaps. Use it alongside timetable substitute covers for day-to-day lesson replacement.
Who can access
Requires add-on SUBSTITUTE_MARKETPLACE and addon.substitutes.read. Managing requests needs addon.substitutes.manage (or create/update permissions).
How to get there
Open /dashboard/substitutes in the school portal (available when the add-on is enabled for the school).
Key actions
- View open coverage requests (date, time, original teacher, status)
- Refresh the request list as leave and timetable changes come in
