Parent Portal (Invites)
Invite parents to the dedicated parent mobile app and see adoption stats.
What it is
An admin landing page that showcases the parent mobile app (attendance, grades, fees, announcements, teacher chat, and meeting requests) and lets staff send app invites to parents. This is separate from the Parent Portal itself, which parents use once invited.
Who can access
Admin identity role (staff roles with People/communication access typically use this page).
How to get there
Open /dashboard/parent-portal in the school portal.
Key actions
- Review adoption stats for the parent app
- Click Invite Parents to open the invite dialog and share the app link so parents can install the app and track attendance, grades, fees, and transport
- Scan the feature tiles (Attendance, Grades, Fees, Messages, Transport, Meetings) to see what parents can do once they install the app
