How identity roles and staff roles control access in Dzidzo.
Dzidzo uses two layers of access control:
- Identity role — determines which portal you enter (
admin,teacher,student,parent,driver,nurse). - Staff roles — assigned to admin/nurse accounts; unlock modules via RBAC permissions.
Important: Subscription plans gate capacity (student count). Feature access is controlled by permissions and school add-ons, not by plan tier.
