System Health
Platform status checks and non-PII operational audit activity.
What it is
A combined view of platform health checks, high-level operational metrics, and a recent audit-log feed — for spotting platform-wide problems, not individual-school troubleshooting.
Who can access
Requires platform.health.read, held only by the Platform Super Admin staff role.
How to get there
Open /dashboard/platform/health via Operations → System Health (or Reports → Audit Logs, which links to the same page) in the platform sidebar.
What you see
- Health Checks — a list of subsystem checks and their current value/state
- Operational Metrics — overall status, recent role assignments count, open invoices count, and a snapshot timestamp
- Audit Logs — recent platform actions with actor email, action, affected resource, and timestamp; shows "No recent audit activity available" when empty
Key actions
- Confirm platform status before/after a deploy or incident
- Review recent role-assignment and billing-related activity across schools
- Scan the audit feed for unexpected actors or actions
