Platform Usage
Tenant-wide aggregate usage metrics without school-level personal data.
What it is
Aggregate adoption metrics across every school on the platform — total schools, active subscriptions, admin accounts, total users, and a breakdown by user type. Numbers are aggregate counts only; no student- or school-identifying personal data is shown here.
Who can access
Requires platform.analytics.read, held only by the Platform Super Admin staff role.
How to get there
Open /dashboard/platform/usage via Operations → Usage in the platform sidebar.
What you see
- Stat cards — Schools, Subscriptions (active), Admins (active), Total Users
- User Breakdown — counts of Students, Teachers, Parents, and Admins across all schools
Key actions
- Track platform-wide growth (schools, active subscriptions) at a glance
- Spot user-mix shifts (e.g. parent adoption lagging student enrollment) across the whole install base
